- Un cop realitzat el pagament, rebràs al teu correu electrònic el comprovant de la teva reserva.
- Recordeu que no tenim cap cost addicional de cancel·lació.
How do I get to the parking lot or where do I pick up my vehicle?
You will find all the indications to locate the parking or the pickup place of the vehicle in the booking proof. Both the address and the GPS coordinates are attached. In addition, a telephone number of the parking staff is also indicated.
Es retarda el meu vol o arribo tard?
No et preocupis, no pagaràs més per arribar tard al lliurament o recollida del vehicle. De qualsevol manera si el retard és notable agraïm que ho notifiquis al pàrquing al número de telèfon que apareix al justificant, si és el teu vol el que arriba amb retard no cal que ho notifiquis ja que probablement el pàrquing ja estigui informat.

To cancel your booking, please contact atencionalcliente@copark.com with 24 hours prior to the start date of the reservation.
How to modify my booking?
Any changes to your reservation should be made by contacting atencionalcliente@copark.com. Please remember to enter your booking code as a reference.
Is my vehicle safe?
In the page of each one of the parking lots its characteristics and security systems are described. All have security cameras and / or staff.
